Monika is a seasoned Consultant and Performance Coach in areas related to identification of learning needs, designing and delivering content. She has 22+ years of experience with 9+ years devoted to classroom training/online learning domain.

Earlier, she was with Idea Cellular Ltd. An ex-Aditya Birla talent pool fast tracker, her competencies are Business Acumen, Vision & Strategy, Customer Life Cycle Management & Collection Management.

Monika is an expert is designing training content and delivering it in a classroom and virtual session. She has trained 40k+ executives from various parts of the World.
